Hospital Recovery & Rehabilitation
Our team will communicate with your physician regarding your discharge from the hospital. When you are ready, we will meet you at your home with everything you may need: equipment, supplies, medications, etc. Our team of nurses, caregivers, physical therapists and care supervisors work together to make this time as organized, stress-free, and safe as possible.
Dementia Care
We are dementia care certified. Our caregivers are trained in a person-centered approach to dementia. We provide safe, compassionate and inclusive care to your loved one so they can continue to live a meaningful life in Baja.
